As the wire is pulled through the dies, it becomes longer and thinner, resulting in improved tensile strength and a smoother surface finish. the finished product after drawing can be used for making nails, binding wire, wire mesh, welded mesh etc.

3. Water cooling inside the drawingdrums to cooling down the temp.
4. Drawing blocks adopts reducer &synchronous belt, working speed is higher. And we use37kw motor for high temperature countries.
5. With Cold rolling ribbing cassette, you can make both smooth wire and ribbed wire.
