Cold Rolling Steel Bar Machine
A cold rolling steel bar machine can process hot-rolled wire rods and hot-rolled coils with a diameter between 6.5 mm and 12 mm into finished cold-rolled ribbed steel bars with a diameter between 5 mm and 12 mm. The cold-rolled ribbed steel bars produced can be used in prestressed concrete components and cast-in-place concrete structures, replacing cold-drawn low-carbon steel wires and grade I steel bars, respectively, to save steel.

II Working Principle
The cold rolling steel bar machine uses a motor to drag the steel bar, and the load-bearing rolls and working rolls jointly apply force to the two surfaces of the steel bar. By changing the size of the gap between the two rolls, cold-rolled ribbed steel bars of different diameters can be rolled. The load-bearing rolls support the steel bar and evenly distribute the gravity of the steel bar and the working rolls, while the working rolls roll the steel bar to form ribs on the surface of the steel bar.
