PC Steel Wire Stranding Machine
This product is used in the production of prestressed steel strands and various anchor cables. Based on feedback from new and old customers for more than 20 years, we have integrated technology and cooperated with European engineers to jointly develop the latest steel strand production equipment. This equipment It can produce stranded wires with a minimum diameter of 9.15mm and a maximum diameter of 21.6mm. The twisting speed can reach up to 120m/min. The fuselage adopts high-steel lightweight design, all of which have been quenched and tempered to reduce deformation. It improves the operational stability and service life of the equipment and is equipped with an advanced intelligent control system, which can realize functions such as remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance reminders.
