Steel Bar Rolling Machine And Straightening Machine
The complete production line consists of the following units:
pay-off stand, hydraulic descaling machine (2 sets), lubricant powder box (2 sets), cold rolling mill (2 sets), stress relief machine, high-speed straightening and cutting machine, automatic alignment rack, discharge rack, frequency servo control system, recoiler unit(optional).

1. Decoilers
Provides stable feeding of raw material.
2. Hydraulic Descaling Machine (2 sets)
Efficiently removes oxide scale and impurities from raw material surfaces.
3. Lubricant Powder Box (2 sets)
Ensures even application of drawing powder, reducing friction during rolling.
4. Cold Rolling Mill (2 sets)
Enables double-pass rolling for improved forming accuracy and dimensional consistency.
5. Stress Relief Machine
Eliminates internal stress in the rebar after rolling, enhancing ductility and weldability.
6. High-Speed Straightening and Cutting Machine
Achieves straightness deviation ≤3 mm/m and cutting tolerance ±2 mm.
7. Automatic Alignment Rack
Neatly aligns and stacks the finished rebar for smooth discharge.
8. Discharge Rack
Supports organized output of the final product.
9. Frequency Servo Control System
Ensures precise speed control and smooth operation throughout the line.
10.Recoiler unit (optional):
Rewinds straightened/cut bars into compact coils for flexible storage or transport.
