The complete production line consists of the following units:
Pay-off stand (2 sets), hydraulic descaling machine, lubricant powder box, cold rolling mill, stress relief machine, high-speed straightening and cutting machine, automatic alignment , discharge rack, frequency servo control system, recoiler unit(optional).

Efficiently removes oxide scale and impurities from the surface of raw materials.
3. Lubricant Powder Box:
Provides uniform and stable lubrication during the rolling process.
4. Cold Rolling Mill:
Precision-rolled to form three-sided ribbed rebar with high dimensional accuracy.
5. Stress Relief Machine:
Eliminates internal stress in the rebar, improving its mechanical properties and straightness.
