The dual-spool take-up machine operates in a fully automated mode; the operator simply needs to unload the steel bars from the filled spool onto the finished product area, place an empty spool onto the machine, and signal that the empty spool is ready.
Safety measures have been implemented to enhance operational security; in the event of an emergency or unexpected situation, the equipment will automatically shut down.
Product Structure
It consists of a frame assembly, a transmission mechanism, a pneumatic mechanism, a wire-traversing mechanism, a clamping mechanism, and a protective safety guard.
The wire-traversing mechanism utilizes a sprocket-driven system, wherein the wire guide unit alternates between forward and reverse rotation to execute reciprocating wire distribution. As the wire guide block approaches either side of the take-up spool, a trip plate actuates a proximity switch, prompting the variable frequency drive to reverse the direction of travel. The wire-traversing pitch can be adjusted according to the diameter of the finished wire product, thereby ensuring that the resulting wire coil is neatly wound and aesthetically pleasing.
