Structure Overview
Host: The take-up reel installed on the top of the rack is rotated by the AC motor through the gear reducer, and the AC motor speed is controlled by the AC drive to achieve stepless speed regulation.
Take-up trolley: The take-up trolley is equipped with a drop device, and the bottom rails allow the trolley to enter and exit.
Electric control system: It is composed of AC frequency converter, contactor and operation panel. This system uses AC frequency converters to control asynchronous motors. The inverter changes the frequency of the input power of the three-phase AC motor, which enables the AC motor to realize stepless speed regulation. Its speed regulation features are good, the scope is wide, the protection function is all, the volume is small, the weight is light, the structure is simple, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
Pneumatic system: consists of cylinders, solenoid valves, gas source triplets, etc. This system is controlled by the solenoid
valve to control the wire on the reel and press it smoothly.
