The inverted type wire drawing machine is designed for large capacity and continuous working. It consists of wire drawing and wire coiling process, suitable for drawing high, medium, low-carbon steel wire, profile wire, stainless wire, thick non-ferrous metal wire. It applies heavy and large recoiler and is easy to unload the wire.
Principle of the inverted wire drawing machine: The motor drives the drum placed on the output shaft of the reduction box to rotate through the pulley and reduction gear, and pulls the wire to complete the wire drawing. The reel is placed upside down at the bottom of the reduction box, and the drawn wire passes through the lead roller. The drawn wire can be directly collected to the drop frame. The drop frame rotates synchronously with the reel to achieve large-scale rewinding.

2) There is a fall line device on the take up car, bottom guide make the car in and out.
3) Electronic control system: It consist of AC inverter, contactor(switch),Operation Panel etc. This system adopts ac frequency converter to control flow of asynchronous Motor. Frequency converter by changing the frequency of the three-phase AC motor input power, make AC motor to realize stepless speed regulation, it have good speed regulating performance, range, protection function, small volume, light weight, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance.
4) Pneumatic system: It consists of air cylinder, solenoid valve, gas source 3pieces, etc.By the solenoid valve control the pressing roller on the air cylinder to make the wire compressed, to smoothly rolled off the production line.
