Special device for the detecting of wire spiral disorder
The vertical pay-off device can handle two coils
The pay-off device can handle 2.5T (Max.) weight of coil.

Forged steel block or casted steel block with tungsten carbide sprayed.

 

First accumulation block vertically mounted, the other blocks tiled mounted.

 

Block surface hardness HRC 58-62

 

400mm to 1200mm block diameter suitable for different wire sizes.
