Straight line wire drawing machines (low carbon steel) use low carbon steel wire as raw material and perform high-speed, continuous multi-pass cold drawing to reduce the wire diameter in a single production process. It adopts a straight-line arrangement of multiple drawing capstans, allowing the wire to travel in a linear path between each capstan, resulting in a compact structure, high drawing speed, and effective heat dissipation. The production capacity can reach up to 2.5 tons per hour under ultra-high-speed conditions, with standard high-speed capacity of 1.2 tons per hour.

The complete production line typically includes a pay-off stand, descaling machine, straight line wire drawing unit with multiple drawing capstans and die boxes, built-in tension control unit, spool take-up machine, and a fully automatic electrical control system.
