Products Structural composition

It includes multiple drawing drums and dies. The drums are used to wind the steel wire and provide the drawing force, while the dies determine the final diameter of the steel wire. For example, a certain model of straight-through wire drawing machine has six drums with a diameter of 400mm.
Drive system:
It consists of a motor, frequency converter, transmission belt or gears, and provides power for the wire drawing process while enabling precise speed control.
Tension control device
Typically, pneumatic or hydraulic systems are used to adjust the tension, ensuring that the wire does not break or become loose during the drawing process.
Cooling and lubrication system
Cooling and lubricating the drawing dies and steel wire reduces temperature and friction, extending die life and improving the surface quality of the steel wire. The winding drum typically uses narrow-gap water cooling, while the drawing die uses direct water cooling.
Electrical control system
It consists of a PLC, touch screen, sensors, etc., and provides precise control and monitoring of parameters such as speed, tension, and length of the wire drawing machine, as well as fault diagnosis and alarm functions.
