Brief description:
The cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production line reduces the diameter of wire rods ranging from Ф6.5mm to Ф12mI through cold rolling, and then cold-rolls them on the surface to form double-sided crescent-shaped transverse ribs. The processed ribbed steel bar products comply with the quality standard GB13788-2000 of the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China and the newly released and implemented GB13788-2008 standard. This machine does not require lubricating powder or coolant. The operation is convenient. When rolling different reinforcing bars, only simple adjustments to the equipment are required. It features a high degree of automation, variable frequency (power-saving) stepless speed regulation operation, reduces energy consumption, saves energy, and is equipped with safety guarantee devices.
This unit mainly consists of: mechanical descaling mechanism, reducer mechanism, cold rolling mechanism, transmission mechanism, electric motor, reducer, gearbox, operation control cabinet, etc.
