This involves the production of a linear intelligent steel bar production line, whose current products surpass some European products, achieving near-fully automated production from input to output.

(1) Intelligent control system: It can remotely diagnose and control the equipment operation status on-site. It can remotely control the operation of the equipment and shut down and start up, which greatly ensures the safety of personnel and equipment on-site; and is equipped with a disconnection and tangled wire stopping device.

(2) The laying out adopts the elevated laying out, with 2 laying out stations that can be used alternately. The laying out stations are hydraulically driven and can be laid flat or erected at 90 degrees.

(3) Two in-line CNC sensor wire drawing machines are used for the wire drawing machine and two European-style rolling mills are used for the rolling mill. Depending on the type of steel bar, only one of the two wire drawing machines and two rolling mills can be turned on, which can reduce power consumption by half and increase the equipment life by 1 time .

(4) In addition to manual bundling, the wire take-up section has fully automatic unloading, fully automatic flipping (rebar bundle flipping), automatic cutting, fully automatic feeding (rebar head is fed into packing wheel), and automatic locking . It can also realize dual-station conversion, shortening downtime.(For straight wire only.)

(5) The product is 30% - 50% more energy efficient than other similar equipment, the service life of the equipment is more than 3 times longer than other similar equipment, the production efficiency is 40% higher than other similar equipment, and the labor intensity is reduced by 70%.

6 ) The finished product of the equipment meets the requirements of GB13788-2024 "Cold - rolled ribbed steel bars" standard .
