The processing technology of high carbon steel wire is generally: Paying off → Stopping for disordered wire → Mechanical shelling → Belt polishing machine → Hot water washing → Boron coating → Drying → Linear wire drawing machine → Tension frame → Trunk-type wire taking up . Among them, the most challenging process for wire quality is the drawing process, but the existing high carbon steel wire drawing compression rate is generally ≤85%.
