Each wire drawing machine has an independent frame. The frame structure is designed as a robust welded box to ensure the flatness of the machine table and the verticality of the facade. The steel plates and profiles used for welding are shot-blasted to remove rust. All components are subjected to stress relief treatment after welding, followed by machining to ensure the stability and rigidity of the frame structure, meet the requirements of high-speed drawing, and prevent vibration during high-speed or heavy-load operation.
