Welding Mesh Machine

Welding mesh machine is an automated device that uses resistance welding to join intersecting metal wires-such as iron wire or rebar-into a finished mesh product. It is widely used in industries including construction, agriculture, mining, and transportation.

Its core advantage lies in the ability to weld multiple solder joints at once, with high efficiency, strong solder joints and minimal deformation. Most of the mainstream equipment on the market are controlled by programmable logic controllers (PLC) and touch screens, achieving high levels of automation and intelligence.

Working principle and core components
The working principle of the welding net machine is mainly based on resistance welding. Its working process is roughly as follows:
Delivery: The machine automatically straightens the metal wires in the longitudinal (weft) and transverse (lintel) directions and transports them to the designated position.
Welding: By applying pressure and a strong current to the intersection point of the metal wire using the upper and lower electrodes. The heat generated by the contact resistance causes the metal wire to instantly melt and be welded together.
Net pulling: After the welding process is completed, the net pulling system, driven by a servo motor, precisely pulls out the finished net sheet, preparing for the next welding stage.
A complete welding net machine is mainly composed of a welding main unit, an automatic net pulling mechanism, an electrical control system, and auxiliary equipment (such as a straightening machine), etc.
