Research on production technology and technology of cold rolled ribbed steel bar
Ribbed steel bar is one of the steel bar products often used in construction engineering. It has many advantages such as high strength, high toughness and excellent weldability, and is widely used in construction, bridge, road, foundation, tunnel and other fields. At present, the main production process of ribbed steel bar is cold rolling process, and its technical level has reached a high level after continuous improvement and perfection.


Production technology of cold rolled ribbed steel bar
Cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production process is a technology that processes ribbed steel bars by cold rolling strip steel into a machine. The main process is as follows:
1. Uncoil the steel coil
The coil unwinding process is to remove the steel coil stored in the coil library according to the demand, insert the strong coil machine through the mandrel, and then twist the mandrel to make the steel coil slowly unfold.
2. Heat and temper
The steel coil is heated and tempered after unwinding, so that the cold working performance of the steel coil can reach the maximum state, so as to facilitate the promotion of subsequent operations.
3. Prepare for engineering
Roll the coil to the machining area, synchronise its flatter position, check the coil for defects, and then cut it into the desired length of reinforcement.
4. Cold rolling molding
This link is the core of the cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production process, its purpose is to use bending, flattening and other ways to process and deform the steel bar to form a regular ribbed shape. This process requires a combination of steel coils and two traction rollers, with a gasket above the ground to complete the bending and deformation of the steel bar.
5. Water-cooled cutting
The final step in the cold-rolled ribbed steel production process is to use a water-cooled cutting machine to cut the steel bar at the desired length and clean it.
