This Flux-cored Welding Wires Production Lines, we use the current very mature strip steel for the production of flux-cored wire. The strip forming process has the advantages of simplicity, reliability and low cost. Currently, more than 90% of the flux cores are made by this method.

Flux-cored wire production process:
Cartridge → powder mixing → Powder addition → Strip steel → strip coiling → coiling wire forming equipment → Drawing → winding into a 15kg coil → Packing

Finished product specification: Φ2.55mm-Φ2.31mm (semi-finished flux-cored wire), after stretching again can reach Φ1.6mm-Φ1.2mm
Steel strip material: Mild steel SPCC-SD
Feeding mode: belt feeding (controlled by mechanical transmission speed feedback system)
Variable frequency speed regulation,PLC control
Photoelectric powder free automatic detection system, powder free alarm
