Machine body

Frame Structure:

Robust welded box design with structural components (steel plates, I-beams, angle steel, etc.) having surface rust depth ≤ 0.3mm.

Base, table panel, and vertical panels use thick hot-rolled steel cavities reinforced internally with thick steel ribs.

All welded steel plates/sections are descaled, stress-relieved post-welding, and machined to ensure rigidity and stability for high-speed drawing without vibration under heavy loads. No foundation required.

Leveled frame, tilted drum, and simplified operator interface.

Unobstructed water circulation, lubricant powder chamber can be modified to accept drawing fluid per customer request.

Operation

1. Each block can run independently, or all capstans can run in line synchronization. After the whole line starts, it runs at low speed initially, then accelerates to the preset operating speed.

2. Synchronized operation can be engaged from any selected capstan forward (including all downstream capstans) or backward (including all upstream capstans).

3. The line synchronization speed is set via the main control panel's acceleration/deceleration buttons. Independent speed of each capstan is set internally.

4. Braking time: Normal ≤30S, Quick ≤10S, Emergency shut ≤5S

5. The whole line supports: single action, inching, synchronized run, continuous proportional run with specified head block, and ratio setting.

6. Wire breakage won't happen during normal stop, quick stop, emergency stop, or whole line start-up.

7. Each block (capstan) is equipped with two foot switches for forward/reverse inching.

Safety

Equipment equipped with emergency pull cord switch and main console E-stop button. E-stop activates motor braking and pneumatic brake.

Control buttons for water, electricity, and air are provided on the front of the frame.

Jog mode: low speed only, adjustable.

Motors are equipped with safety guards made of 2.0mm stamped steel plate, plus safety indicator lights.

Installation and commissioning

1. Before commissioning, the user shall make the installation foundation, drainage system, and interface of water and air piping.

2. The user shall prepare and lay various types of power cables, control cables and shielding cables according to the electromechanical connection table provided by the supplier. The supplier does not provide cables.

3. The control cable and shielding cable shall be provided by the user.

4. The supplier is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and training.
