The charging machine adopts vertical mode to discharge materials, the raw materials are put on the flat transport vehicle, uncoiling, combing the material head, and then entering the automatic program, the hydraulic system turns the flat material roll to 90 degrees, two bundles of raw materials can be stacked vertically, and the welding head is operated above the platform. This structure can ensure smooth conversion when changing the coil, which is stable and reliable compared with the double core rod discharging mode, and the failure rate is lower. The loading rack is all designed with the shell packaging to prevent the oxide spatter everywhere, and the collection device is designed below to collect the oxide into the storage box.

 

The production process of CRB600H steel bar production line:

1. Loading and unwinding: The vertical unwinding method is used. The raw materials are placed on the flat transport vehicle, uncoiled, combed the material head, and then enter the automatic program.

2. Rolling mill: Stable operation and long service life

3. Heating system: Equipped with a super-spectral frequency induction heating system, which adopts the spiral induction heating principle to heat the steel bars evenly.

4. Packaging: Simple to operate, highly intelligent and easy to operate.

5. Cooling: The ordinary hot-rolled disc steel bars are cold rolled and induction tempered to extend the cold-rolled ribbed steel bars and greatly increase the strength.

6. Rewinding: Saving time and effort, easy to operate and maintain

7. Spinning: Stable operation and compact structure ensure smooth and reliable transportation and reduce manual operations.
