2.Process:

 

Steel strip rewinding machine→Surface cleaning machine→Rolling and forming mill→Rough drawing machine→Fine drawing machine.

In order to improve the stability of the rolling mill, the accuracy of the filling rate, and the service life of the rolls, in this design scheme we have set a set of steel belt power traction device at the entrance of the rolling mill. 1 group of power traction system and 8 groups of wire forming reduction power system, except that the first group of rolls are formed by unpowered passive rolling, the power of the drive system is 3KW.

It has the features of powder-free alarm and stopping: using the most advanced far-infrared technology in the world, the performance is stable, the technology is good, the anti-interference is strong. When the medicinal powder in the hopper is reduced to a certain setting limit, the computer system alarms by the alarm system, and when the medicinal powder is not added into the powder barrel in the specified time, the system automatically stops and fundamentally avoids the air tube phenomenon

Process flow:


II. 1. Wire rod pre-treatment: remove the dirty from the wire surface.
III. 2. Wire drawing: drawing the wire from large diameter to small diameter.
IV. 3. Copper coating: pay-off + constant tension adjusting + wire supporting wheel and wire turning wheel + big turning device +
mechanical degrease + electrolytic acid pickling(rough cleaning) + electrolytic alkaline cleaning(fine cleaning) + hot water wash
+ former neutralize + electrolytic acid pickling - cool water clean + activate acid cleaning + chemical copper coating + cool
water clean + Neutralized + hot water wash + dry + wire press fix wheel(roller) + big turning device + polishing drawing + take up

V. 4. Layer winding machine: respooling the welding wire from the steel spool onto small plastic bobbin.
VI. 5. Drum packing machine: coil the welding wire onto drum.
