Steel strand equipment production line
Steel strand equipment is a complete production line integrating wire drawing, stranding, and stabilization treatment. The core product is steel strand (a bundle of steel wires formed by twisting multiple steel wires together). Based on structure and application, it can be divided into prestressed steel strand, galvanized steel strand, etc.
Prestressed Engineering (Core Application Scenarios)
Bridge Construction: Prestressed tensioning systems for large-span bridges (highway bridges, railway bridges, cable-stayed bridges), enhancing the crack resistance and load-bearing capacity of bridges, such as reinforcement in box girders and T-beams.
High-rise Buildings: Foundation anchor cables and floor slab prestressing in super high-rise buildings, controlling building settlement and improving structural stability.
Hydraulic engineering: Prestressed reinforcement of dams, sluice gates, and aqueducts to resist water pressure and soil pressure, preventing structural cracking.
Geotechnical engineering: Anchor cables and steel strands for slope and foundation pit support, reinforcing unstable rock and soil masses.
Communication and power industry: Galvanized steel strands are used for guy wires of communication towers and utility poles, as well as load-bearing supports for overhead cables.
Mining industry: Used as load-bearing steel ropes in mine hoisting systems, or as anchor cable materials for tunnel support.
