Structure: In addition to the basic components of a straight-line wire drawing machine, such as the unwinding device, drawing die box, drum, transmission system, tension control system, and winding device, it also includes a cold-rolling ribbed device. This device typically contains components such as rolling mills, which are used to roll the wire.
Working Principle: After the metal wire is released from the unwinding device, it first enters the cold-rolling ribbed device. The rolling mills create ribs on the surface of the wire while simultaneously performing initial deformation and size adjustment. Subsequently, the wire passes through multiple drawing dies in sequence, being gradually thinned under the traction of the drum, and finally wound into a coil by the winding device.

High Degree of Automation: Typically equipped with AC frequency conversion control technology or a DC programmable control system, and a touchscreen human-machine interface, it features functions such as accurate error metering, automatic deceleration and stopping at a set length, and automatic stopping upon wire breakage detection. This makes operation convenient and reduces labor intensity.

Long mold life: The machine can be equipped with various molds, such as circular molds and rolling molds, which have good wear resistance and a long service life.
