Products Advantages
1. The main structure of the rolling mill is No. 45 precision casting, CNC machining, tempering, internal stress release and CNC finishing
2. The turbine adopts 40Cr as a whole and is processed as a whole
3. The double bore shaft of the rolling mill adopts 40Cr quenching finishing, and is equipped with internal circulating water
channel and lubricating oil channel.
4. The total bearing of the roll is made of integral bearing steel, strong and durable

Introduction of Rebar/Bar Ribbed Production Machine
1 Derusting Machine
The machine is close type, there have three rotary wheels inside, we could adjust it up and down, it is easier for the raw materials installation, we could put the wire rod inside, then adjust the wheels.
2. Rolling mill
The rollers' angle should be 120°, at the same center, first rolling mill is mainly for reducing the diameter, second set of rolling mill is for making the rebar,
3. Plate Machine
The machine is with electromagnetic motor, it offer the power for the whole line, the motor speed could be adjusting, it will change the rolling speed.
4. Stress-Relieving Machine
This machine is mainly for reducing the machine hardness.
5. The Wire Drawing Machine matches the moment type motor, the mainly spare parts is the wire wheel
