Rolled Steel Bar Production Line
It is an automated, continuous cold-rolling production line with a maximum linear speed of 300 meters per minute, which processes hot-rolled plain round steel coils (usually 5.5–12 mm feedstock) into crescent-ribbed or three-ribbed deformed steel bars through cold-rolling plastic deformation (no secondary heating). The cold-working process improves the tensile strength, yield ratio and concrete bonding performance of the product, while achieving high-speed, low-energy consumption mass production.

Introduction of Rebar/Bar Ribbed Production Machine
1 Derusting Machine
The machine is close type, there have three rotary wheels inside, we could adjust it up and down, it is easier for the raw materials installation, we could put the wire rod inside, then adjust the wheels.
2. Rolling mill
The rollers' angle should be 120°, at the same center, first rolling mill is mainly for reducing the diameter, second set of rolling mill is for making the rebar,
3. Plate Machine
The machine is with electromagnetic motor, it offer the power for the whole line, the motor speed could be adjusting, it will change the rolling speed.
4. Stress-Relieving Machine
This machine is mainly for reducing the machine hardness.
5. The Wire Drawing Machine matches the moment type motor, the mainly spare parts is the wire wheel
6.Straight Machine and Cutter
