Production Line Components

 

Mechanical Devices: These mainly include the wire feeding device, straightening device, pulling device, quenching device, tempering device, shearing device, and winding device. These devices work together to complete the processes of feeding, straightening, pulling, heat treatment, shearing, and winding of the steel rods.
Electrical System: This consists of multiple high-power induction heating power supply units operating at different frequencies, automatic control and power distribution operating devices, etc. Through advanced IGBT-type induction heating power supplies and PLC system control technology, online automatic adjustment and monitoring of the production line are achieved.

Manufacturing Process:


Raw Material Preparation: Low-alloy high-strength carbon steel wire rods are typically used as raw materials. These rods undergo quality inspection to ensure they meet production requirements.
Mechanical Descaling: Mechanical methods are used to remove scale and other impurities from the surface of the wire rods to improve the quality of subsequent processing.

Straightening: The wire rod is straightened using a straightening device to meet the required straightness for production.
Drawing and Diameter Reduction: The wire rod is drawn to the required diameter using drawing equipment. Grooves can also be added as needed to increase the bond strength between the steel bar and concrete.
Heat Treatment: This is a critical process in PC steel bar production, including quenching and tempering. During quenching, the surface temperature of the steel bar is gradually increased to a specified range and held there using induction heating, followed by rapid cooling. Tempering involves reheating the quenched steel bar to a certain temperature and holding it there to relieve quenching stresses and improve the overall mechanical properties of the steel bar.

Testing: The heat-treated steel bars undergo various performance tests, such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation, to ensure product quality meets the standards.
Coiling and Packaging: The tested and approved steel bars are coiled into rolls and then packaged for easy transportation and storage.
