Three-sided ribbed steel bar production line and its working principle
🧭 Core Workflow
A typical three-sided ribbed rebar production line typically includes the following steps:
1.Feeding (Loading hot rolled coils onto the pay-off stand)
2.Descaling(Remove the oxide scale on the surface of the base material to ensure the rolling quality and die life)
3.Rolling (The steel bars are sequentially passed through the reducing mill (to reduce the diameter initially) and the cold rolling mill (to carve out three crescent ribs).)
4.Stress relief/heat treatment
5.Straightening: Use a multi-wheel straightening machine to eliminate the bending after rolling
6.Cutting: Use flying shears, high-pressure cutting machines or servo cutting to cut the steel bars into fixed lengths.
7.Blanking and collection: The cut steel bars are collected by blanking rack or bundled by wire take-up machine
