Full Process Flow
- Steel strip uncoiling and cleaning: Decoilers feed low-carbon steel strip through a cleaning and edge-preparation unit to guarantee a contamination-free surface for consistent forming.
- U-shape forming and accurate flux dosing: The strip is progressively formed into a U-section while a servo-controlled dosing system fills the exact flux powder ratio, keeping the powder-to-steel weight ratio stable wire after wire.
- Closing and drawing: The filled U-section is closed into a tube and then reduced through multi-stage drawing to achieve the target diameter with a perfectly concentric powder core.
- Layer winding on spools: Finished wire is layer-wound onto spools with controlled tension, producing neat, tangle-free packages that are ready for shipment.
