The cold rolling module converts coils into ribbed bars in one pass. After multiple rounds of straightening, they are cut by servo-driven flying shears, enabling a continuous process from raw material to finished product, reducing transfer steps and making them suitable for high-volume processing centers (8 tons/hour).
Equipped with a dual pay-off system, an automatic descaling device (360° alloy descaling wheel), and PLC programming, this system supports size changes without stopping the machine.
