Working Principle

The wire enters in a straight line from the unwinding end and passes through multiple sets of drawing dies and drums in sequence; the speed of each drum is precisely matched according to the law of conservation of volume (πR²v₁=πr²v₂), achieving continuous drawing without slippage; the wire is gradually thinned and strengthened in each pass, and finally wound into a coil by the winding system; the straight-through structure avoids the twisting and bending of traditional pulley systems, resulting in more uniform stress distribution.
